Your mindset is the driving force behind your decisions and actions. In fact, your mindset is the actual blueprint for creating your life experiences. The contents of your blueprint are typically a culmination of your life experiences. If left unexamined you will operate on the programmed instructions within your existing plan. Fortunately if there is something you want to change in your current belief system you can rewrite your blueprint with a new set of programmed instructions. Take a moment to eaves drop on your internal dialogue. What are your beliefs about yourself, your work, your finances, your relationships and your success? 3. Visualization
Visualization is almost as powerful as the real thing given that your brain cannot tell the difference between something real or imagined.
4. Meditation
The true masters of manifesting practice daily meditation. When you meditate you slow down the ungrounded chatter of the busy mind, access the calm abiding wisdom of your inner awareness and engage the skill of laser focused awareness.
